# Resilience Architecture + Design

> Boutique residential architecture studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota, led by Olivia Sprosty, AIA. Specializes in older homes, including Craftsman, Victorian, Tudor, midcentury modern and Cape Cod, reworked for how families live today. Serves Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the surrounding metro.

Resilience Architecture + Design works two ways: full-service architecture, where the studio carries a project from first measurements through construction, and à la carte design, where a homeowner hires the studio for a single phase rather than the whole thing. Typical projects include additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, whole-home renovations and accessory structures, alongside a growing commercial portfolio. Material and assembly decisions are made with environmental impact in mind, and the studio has a particular interest in adaptive reuse: keeping existing buildings in service rather than replacing them.
